What we collect
When you sign up we collect your email address and any brand details you choose to submit (operator name, phone, logo, vCard photo, screen labels). We never collect or store passenger or audience personally identifying information from attract-screen sessions.
How we use it
Your email is used only to deliver sign-in links, billing receipts (if applicable), and service announcements you haven't opted out of. Brand details power your hosted attract screen. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics inform our roadmap.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time. Hard deletion completes within 30 days; backup snapshots are retained for 90 days before being purged.
Cookies and analytics
On our marketing pages — the home page, pricing, and legal pages — we load Google Analytics 4 only after you accept the cookie banner. Decline and nothing is loaded. GA4 sets first-party _ga cookies and sends page URL, referrer, and a coarse, IP-anonymized location to Google. The attract screen itself, your dashboard, and the sign-in pages never load analytics. We honor Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) and Do Not Track (DNT: 1) — when either is on, the banner is suppressed and no analytics load.
